Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
We use ActiveCampaign to run all of our email marketing campaigns as well as our email automations. [ActiveCampaign] is a great platform, as it allows you to easily manage all of your email needs in one place. The automation capabilities are robust and also quite easy to learn and to use. For more standard email campaigns such as weekly newsletters, [ActiveCampaign] also does a good job and provides you with usable stats to track email performance.
- Email automations
- Email campaigns
- Contact tagging
- Form building
- I wish that I could use my own IP and a third party tool like SendGrid to manage deliverability
- Some of the contact search capabilities are lacking
- Ability to add additional users for a small fee would be preferable to needing to upgrade for a substantial monthly additional fee
- Definitely a massive ROI, as we rely heavily on email automation to keep our conversion rates high
- Saves us a tremendous amount of time on email followup
- Saves us a lot of time by being easy to use and train others on
- Keap (formerly Infusionsoft)
I ended up selecting and remaining with ActiveCampaign rather than IS for two main reasons. The cost at the time for IS was much higher (although now II believe that the cost difference is quite small). I kept hearing from people that IS was extremely confusing (hence the nickname "Confusionsoft"). [ActiveCampaign] is really easy to understand and use, which saves a lot of time during setup and makes maintenance much easier.
