Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

I use ActiveCampaign to support my continuing education business through email blasts and automations to attract new subscribers. I find the program user-friendly. Not being tech-savvy, this is a big plus. I also find the automations are easy to maneuver and have been effective in subscriber retention and attraction, which alleviates most unsubscribes.
  • Automations: User friendly to navigate. A plus for non-tech savvy folks like me.
  • Emails: Easy to create and great templates.
  • Collects data: I love the way you can track opens, clicks, unsubscribes, etc.
  • I like the ability to resend emails with just a click of a button to the subscribers who haven't opened the original email.
  • Landing pages: Seems like they are just getting started and will have to compete with Leadpages & Clickfunnels, but are currently falling short of the measurement. I do think, that with time they will succeed.
  • Partnering with more software programs: Booker, our scheduling app doesn't sync with ActiveCampaign, so we are stuck with Mailchimp.
  • The home dashboard could look a little nicer, but that is just a personal request.
  • I feel it helps retain my clients: I rarely have an unsubscribe with ActiveCampaign. With Mailchimp, I have more unsubscribes.
  • It helps engage my audience: I can resend emails to unopened recipients with just a click of a button which increases my opens.
  • It is user friendly, which makes my job more efficient and I can get more done.
I also use Mailchimp with our yoga & massage studio. ActiveCampaign is a breath of fresh air compared to Mailchimp. ActiveCampaign is easy to use, efficient and does not glitch. It has fewer unsubscribes and makes email marketing a dream. The automation is also user-friendly and effective. I would highly recommend ActiveCampaign over Mailchimp every day.

ActiveCampaign is great to help build an audience through emails and automations. I only use it for that, so that is all I can comment on. It is extremely user-friendly, which for a non-tech savvy person like myself, is like a breath of fresh air. I only wish it could integrate with Booker, our scheduling software.
