Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
ActiveCampaign is being utilized as the main email platform for our team. We use it to communicate with clients and sell to our audience. The multitude of capabilities that ActiveCampaign has available is more than sufficient for our business needs. The reason that our company switched to ActiveCampaign, was the ability to better target customer behavior in order to serve them better. The one aspect of the platform that I enjoy, is the fact that it also has incredibly CRM capabilities that can be used in conjunction with the emailing portion of the platform.

- Formatting sometimes requires coding, which can be too advanced for some users
- I better understand my audience and their journey and can tailor email campaigns in a way that suits that audience
- Utilizing that customer behavior can trigger separate automation that has resulted in higher conversions
