Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

We use Active Campaign to connect with our customers. The powerful interface of AC includes many features that are helping us to grow our business. The tool is allowing us to track the activity of each lead or customer with only a few clicks. Sometimes we even don't need to check our eCommerce panel because all the information is already there inside the Active Campaign dashboard.

Pros

  • Automatic emails and funnels.
  • Abandoned cart actions.
  • Investigating trends, patterns, and relationships using quantitative data.

Cons

  • Recovering abandoned carts.
  • Generating leads.
