Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
I’ve been an ActiveCampaign user for over a year after making the switch from Mailchimp. The automation aspect has dramatically simplified sending emails out to our contacts and with it being as easy as dragging and dropping, I could never see our company using anything else. Nothing even comes close.
- I find the automation aspect incredibly easy to understand and use.
- The customer service is incredibly caring and quick to respond.
- User friendly interface. Everything is simple to understand.
- It can get expensive if you have a very large email list.
- Improves email deliverability leading to more sales.
- Can easily automate a flow to send contact the right emails based on what actions they took on my site.
ActiveCampaign is a good alternative for anyone looking for a mix between complicated complex tools and cheap options. It’s not too difficult for beginners but also offers everything you could possibly need. There’s no reason to look elsewhere.
