Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
We use ActiveCampaign for our client base across multiple companies. We build automation and email funnels to constantly "touch" email contacts and remind them we are there. We use it for event registrations, reminders, and other notifications. We use it to promote new videos and social media channels. We use it for site tracking and analytics.
- The automation and funnels are awesome. They are easy to use and understand and can be as complex or easy as needed.
- The site tracking is immensely useful. We love to use triggers and measure results using this tool.
- The email builder is much better to use than Mailchimp, for example.
- Prices climb pretty quickly. I'd love to see more of the advanced features in the lower tiers.
- The media uploader was a mess but they are making improvements on that.
- I ran into an error in which the automation kept triggering a few times and not sure what that was about. Automations are generally great, though.
- Reply rates and open rates have improved.
- Clients tend to love the personalization.
- No direct ROI from ActiveCampaign that we can see, but sending clients things regularly has helped the businesses we work with exponentially.
