Great value for your money with room to grow

Prior to using ActiveCampaign, I was with Mailchimp. I found ActiveCampaign to be much more user friendly in terms of organizing lists and tags as well as creating automations and campaigns. It's a very intuitive system. Additionally, if you run into an issue or aren't quite understanding a feature, their customer service is top notch. I did not find the same to be true of Mailchimp. In fact, that was one of the main reasons I switched. I also considered Ontraport which has some incredible capabilities if you're planning to run ads. However, given the size of my business, I didn't need all these features and the price point just didn't make sense if I wasn't going to utilize them. Active Campaign was the perfect price with all the features I need both now and in the future.
