I've been using ActiveCampaign for over 5 years across multiple companies now. We've been using it to give our users seamless communication so that they know what's happening at any given point in time in the product. In a SaaS product, 'Inform' and 'Manage' are the 2 keywords. ActiveCampaign helps us with those exact 2 points.

Alternatives Considered

HubSpot CRM, Sugar Sell (SugarCRM) and Mautic (open source)

Hubspot, I've only heard and dread by the thoughts of it that it will become expensive over time
SugarCRM, didn't have a 360 degree approach to it.
Mautic, complete open-source and had to be managed by us.
