Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
I use ActiveCampaign on behalf of myself and my client's businesses. It has two main functions; it acts as a CRM system and as a communication tool. Active campaign is highly intuitive, easy to pick up and where you are not sure on how to do something, has a brilliant library of resources and a wonderful support team. For me, the best bit about ActiveCampaign is the ability to segment your lists from actions taken by the end-user as it not only tells you a lot about your clients but also allows you to communicate more with those who want it and less with those who are not so engaged.
- Email list segmentation
- Statistics reports for how well campaigns have been received
- Automatic subscribe/unsubscribe options for compliance
- Landing pages for forms in the lower subscriptions would be nice
- I made back my investment in to ActiveCampaign within 2 months of signing up!
For me, Mailchimp and ActiveCampaign are worlds apart in terms of usability. I started with Mailchimp but very quickly lost motivation as it was so hard to navigate and understand how to make it work. ActiveCampaign on the other hand was immediately intuitive and had a great initial guide to help you get started.
