Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

The marketing team at Ogden Clinic is currently using ActiveCampaign for our email newsletters, drip and trigger campaigns, and occasional SMS messaging. We chose ActiveCampaign because of how robust the platform is and how it is capable of growing with the needs of our organization. At the moment, we are a small team of six people and I'm the one primarily building campaigns and writing copy. Our designer builds out the emails and enjoys the variety of templates and block formatting.

We know that we are just scratching the surface of ActiveCampaign's capabilities and look forward to delving into CRM and other functions in the near future. ActiveCampaign is very well suited for our healthcare team's email marketing because we can customize patient letters to be sent from our doctors (we have nearly 200), customize contact information within the email, and segment our users depending on their clinical interests, age/gender demographics, location, and more. In the past, our personalization has been much more limited and we are seeing much better open rates through getting more personalized. Email marketing has been a seamless experience for us.
