Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
Up until now, I have used it for automation and sending emails out to my customer base. It is a simple yet effective tool to contact my list giving me options on how I want to reach them. I love that I can make it as simple or as complicated as I like, full of color, words, and images or videos. It gives flexibility.

I was advised by my business strategist to move across to ActiveCampaign as it would give me more opportunities to keep connected with clients. At that point, I had a product-based service and AC would be more suited to being able to target specific clients who had bought certain products. It was more flexible and able to grow with your business.
