Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

I use it for my agency and on behalf of my clients. We want to keep front and mind and in contact with leads and existing customers and ActiveCampaign allows us to do this, it gets our emails delivered into their inboxes and that's half the battle! Super easy to use, my VA who have limited experience with marketing tools uses it too.

  • Maybe webinars to "sell" the benefits of the additional plans and features

Others don't come close. Moved a client over from Mailchimp as it was more expensive, limited, didn't allow you to select multiple lists so you had to waste time sending and duplicating campaigns which were annoying! This is the best solution for emails and I recommend it to anyone that is looking for that service.

Does exactly what I require of it. Highly recommend it to all my clients. It sends emails and that's what I was looking for. Been using it for years, use it myself, and for my clients who want to keep in contact with leads and existing customers.
