Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

ActiveCampaign is the perfect tool for my business. It allows me to perfectly design my email marketing and to exactly know my customer's behaviors. It gives me clarity about my selling process because I can follow each customer step by step. ActiveCampaign helps me to create a strong relationship with my customers.

  • Thanks to Activecampaign I could increase my emails strategy
  • Customers who did not want at first to buy my services followed my marketing emails and between one year and one year and a half they contacted me to buy my services.
I chose ActiveCampaign because, for me, it was easier to set up my email marketing and then to follow my customer's behaviors. Mailchimp seemed to me less professional and I was able to have good feedback on my mailing. With ActiveCampaign, I really can create a better relationship with my customers.

ActiveCampaign is well suited for email marketing and to create a strong relationship with customers over the years. For example, launching a company activity helps me to convey to my first customers our identity and my service promise. So far, I don't have any scenarios where it is less appropriate because for my business it is very suitable.
