Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

I use ActiveCampaign for general email campaigns and automations.

Pros

  • automations
  • ease of automations
  • lots of options within automations

Cons

  • image area needs work
  • often glitchy with fonts and colors
  • doesn't work so well with Safari/Mac
  • great for nurturing sequences
  • great for ongoing campaigns to maintain business
  • great for capturing new leads on websites with lists and forms
Great overall! Just a bit glitchy. Needs some improvement on image categorization and to work with different browsers such as Safari/Mac.
MailChimp, Mailer Lite, Constant Contact: ActiveCampaign is much better and much more versatile with automations, tags, and options for customizable lists and forms.
