Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

I use ActiveCampaign for my email marketing as well as to capture emails on my website.

Pros

Cons

  • Interface UX could be better
  • Sign ups!
It's relatively easy to use, but some times the interface isn't super intuitive.
ActiveCampaign feels like the professional, empowered and much more fully set up version of MailChimp. I was using MailChimp when I first started my business, but was then introduced to AC, and it's a million times better.
