Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
Have used activecampaign for various projects over the last several years and have watched it evolve over the years. Have used it to support call centers as well as other types of sales funnels. There are some places where it is limited (especially the lack of integrations without zapier), but where it really succeeds is in its all-in-one and automation capabilities. It is a sales and marketing stack in a single package.
Pros
- full marketing stack in one software
- emails and email automation
- overall funnel automation
Cons
- pricing may be prohibitive for small businesses to use full capability of software, and can get incredibly expensive quickly if you generate a lot of leads.
- support has fallen off over the past 3 years. if im spending over $500/month, i should be able to call and talk to someone whenever i want.
- if you decide to leave or move to another system, youll have trouble getting a detailed version of your data
- business was not using a crm before, so this was a massive step up.
- helped save tons of time compared to the alternative
- saved an average of 20-40 minutes per associate per day
