Overall Satisfaction with ActivTrak
ActiveTrak doesn't help us much to understand remote workers' productivity in a COVID-19 operating environment
- Know what people are working (or not working) on, when it works
- Use and extent of time spent on non-productive apps
- Know if people are really working or faking connectivity issues, etc.,
- Lag in data capture--sometimes never captures
- Reporting on non-productive apps (report) has inadequate/incorrect hyperlinking
- Just OK productivity insights. Could be better.
- Sometimes never captures data.
- When it works, the screenshot capture is useful, but it doesn't always work.
We know how some poor performers are working and what they are working on and ensure they are aligned with organizational priorities.
We should have done more research.
