Overall Satisfaction with ActivTrak
Currently using ActivTrak across the organization as a tool to assist in controlling potentially dangerous web access. Being able to monitor in real time and control the access to such sites gave us a very valuable tool for protecting our network environment. Before we implemented this tool, we would have a too many resources wasted in doing these tasks manually.
- Real time tracking of visited sites.
- Real time screen views.
- Reporting tools.
- A little bit of refinement on the user interface.
- More customizable reporting tools.
- The return you get on protecting your network outweighs the cost of the tool immensely.
By automatically keeping access blocked to unauthorized sites, we have reduced the network traffic, [and] kept users away from introducing web threats.
This is the one product that we tried that filled our needs immediately.
