Overall Satisfaction with ActivTrak
We utilize ActivTrak for our home-based employees. It is helpful to keep track of their productivity as well as ensuring the safety of our systems by blocking specific websites and areas that our employees should not be visiting.
Pros
- Realtime screenshots that make it easy to see what employees are working on.
- Weekly reports that consolidate information into one email.
- Ease of knowing our employees are not on unauthorized websites.
Cons
- I can't think of anything, this product is great!
- We have been able to consolidate 2 positions into 1 because employees are more aware we are tracking them and they are more productive.
We have been able to consolidate two positions into one because employees are more productive knowing their online movements are being tracked. This product has saved us a tremendous amount of wasted time and money. Our employees perform better knowing their computer is being monitored and it has cut down on visits to unauthorized websites. I am very pleased with ActivTrak!
