Overall Satisfaction with ActivTrak
It is currently being used by a single department within the company. It has helped with transitioning to a hybrid/remote work situation. Not only being able to understand productivity and engagement but also software usage has helped us better understand the workload on our teams. In time I do believe it will be adopted by the entire company.

- Too many tabs on the left. Pages need condensed and more accurate naming
- Could have better onboarding training
- More support with how to structure back of house setup

We have not had a chance to re-balance workloads
