Overall Satisfaction with ActivTrak

It is used on our sales team, all of our employees work from home. It helps us with our timesheets and to check on employees to make sure they are not saving customer data.

  • Helped us with security, one employee was letting their kid surf on the system

It helped us change to have the employees work from home instead of working in our call center, also for us it helped to reduce cost by not having a lot of offices.
We mostly use it for employee tracking. It does help with burnout along with knowing who to reward for above and beyond duty.
Yes, in the training aspect it has helped us understand who is struggling with technology and need help and the ones who will not use it.
For our company, both ActivTrak and Teramind had the same features that we needed, but ActivTrak had a lower cost per user.

It is great to help track employee time and what they do, it can be also used for employee training and employee reviews. The only drawback is that if the employee goes to personal websites like banking or medical information / Doctor.
