Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it as a way to track productivity and application usage across onsite and wfh employees.

Pros and Cons

Easy to Use,
Good data,
Backup of information.

Management of licenses.
Exporting history.

Return on Investment

Has already been used more than once successfully.
Excellent insurance on what is being completed and worked on.

Employee Productivity

We haven't used the productivity aspects very much. However, we have been able to see which software's being utilized more than others, and it helps with software utilization tracking.

Employee Engagement

We have not utilized it for this purpose at this time.

Operational Efficiency

We have been able to see the heavy hitter applications and who is utilizing them company-wide.

It really depends on what your department needs as far as tracking goes. The ability to get super detailed may not be for everyone, but ActivTrak does a great job at giving a large overview of how the company is doing in general. We do not utilize all the tools available, but for what we need, it does the job. I would recommend it.
