Overall Satisfaction with ActivTrak
We are a fully remote company and use ActivTrak to monitor productivity of our employees. This is especially helpful for salary employees who do not clock in and out so we can determine how many hours were worked that day/week. We also use it to gauge the amount of time employees are on particular websites so we can ensure KPI's are being met.

Yes. We are very honest with employees that productivity is monitored. In knowing that we can easily access it has helped us greatly in ensuring integrity for the company.
It is great for us to track salary employees hours. If we see an employee consistently working 50-60 hours per week it flags leadership to reach out to the employee to see if assistance is needed.
We expect all employees to be at least 80% productive every week regardless of job title or responsibilities. It evens out the playing field by holding everyone to the same standard.
