Manager Review.

I use ActivTrak to monitor employees' productivity. It is excellent as most employees know you can "click around," and Microsoft software will show you as productive/active. However, ActivTrak allows me to review what their screen is doing. I have caught numerous employees clicking around for hours and not doing actual work.

ActivTrak has improved our organization's productivity as I can bring accurate data and numbers to the conversation around employee productivity. I work at a remote company and cannot visually/physically monitor employees as I would in an office setting. ActivTrak makes it very easy and efficient to distinguish between a contributing employee versus someone not working.

ActiveTrak helped me to support and balance workloads. I am able to see in real-time when an employee is not actually working, therefore, not pulling their weight on the team. Everyone needs to contribute equally. Therefore, an underperforming employee bring imbalance. ActiveTrak helps me see that issue before it snowballs into a larger one.

I am not exactly sure how ActiveTrak helps my organization manage process workflows and resource utilization across people and technology. I do not use that function. It is interesting to see what sites my team members use most frequently. However, outside of that- I do not utilize that function.
