Overall Satisfaction with ActivTrak

We use ActivTrak to monitor employee's on a daily basis to make sure they are working efficiently and not using company time for personal or unproductive activities. We use the productivity monitors to quickly determine the employee's that need closer monitoring as well as the websites that need blocking or limiting.

The ability to warn employee's of tracking and ability to reprimand based on inappropriate user activities. The ability to see most frequently used websites and time spent visiting the specific websites. The ability to observe time spent on specific tasks and shift certain employee productivity to alternate tasks based on user trends.
We have found the opportunity to adjust employee's workloads and tasks based on productivity. When an employee productivity is reduced we are able to analyze what time of day this occurs, why this occurs and shift the tasks to new and more useful tasks. If an employee is able to stay productive no actions are needed.
Based on the data we are able to analyze we are able to adjust how much time an employee is spending trying to accomplish any given task. If some employee's are able to be more productive completing certain tasks we can shift the less productive employee's to working on alternative tasks.

We have been using ActivTrak for a few years and have recommended this product to multiple companies. The ability to not only monitor in real time but also to have web browsing history for HR purposes if needed is very beneficial. At times we have employee's who are working on priavate information that cannot be tracked, an ability to temporarily disable tracking for a user would be helpful.
