My main use for Acuity is for easy and direct scheduling of clients through our Squarespace websites. The two-way calendar link with the iPhone calendar is the most helpful part of this product for me. It is so convenient, and I don’t have to worry about blocking off time in multiple places because of the way it syncs.

- Being able to merge accounts for different businesses under one single Acuity calendar.
- Being able to have multiple employees/users under a single Acuity profile and having the ability to sync different calendars to each user.
- Have scheduling setting that, if chosen automatically links with Zoom and sends out the invite.

- E-mail reminders.
- Two-way calendar sync.

- I think it has played a huge role in our ROI as online scheduling is an expected feature in this day and age.
