Overall Satisfaction with Acuity Scheduling, a Squarespace company
We use it daily for scheduling clients and workflow for our seamstresses. Helping manage time wisely without overbooking our schedule which happened a lot more often then before we started using acuity for managing the backroom workflow. It has made our process more accurate and kept us more productive by using actual data instead of guessing on how much availability we have open.
Pros
- Managing Workflow
- Scheduling Clients and Contacting Them
- Labeling Different Sorts of Appointments and Blocking Time Off
Cons
- There are a lot of pages for similar things so sometimes its hard to find the location of where to edit things
- The ability to stop a review request email from being sent to specific clients.
- A way to block of clients scheduiling 3 times when you only have 2 openings and a way to cancel that easier.
- Saving time by managing how much workflow we can bring it and not overflow our schedule.
- It can be difficult finding things in the website. The user friendly aspect is difficult sometimes.
- It is positive for helping reduce the amount of time creating weekly schedules in the studio.
We have only used acuity.
