Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
Previously my company used a different ERP, then other standalone programs for expenses, CRM, and quality management. Now, through Acumatica, we are able to combine all of those elements into one ERP solution. This eliminates any disconnect between departments we faced before, and saves us a lot of time and money as everything is now under Acumatica's umbrella.
- The ability to build out customer modules to fit business needs.
- End user experience is much better than Oracle.
- From an admin standpoint, was easy to learn how to generate inquiries for the company's needs.
- Ability to edit Purchase orders without triggering another approval.
- Able to consolidate multiple programs into Acumatica
- Distribution flow is 5 times faster than Oracle

Acumatica Support Community
We sell pharmaceuticals through our E-Commerce site as well as a wholesale site, with a dedicated wholesale rep team. Because all of our products need to go through a quality test before being put to stock, Acumatica allows me to put hard stops on products before they ever are released. Then we are able to track which lots are sold to which customers for any lot traces or audits.
They end user experience is where Acumatica really shines, along with the customization ability and additional app connection ease.
