Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

I am in a manufacturing company and I work in Finance. I specifically use the system for financial analysis.
Acumatica helps our business by pulling all information into one spot.

Pros

  • AP bill detail reports - line details in one spot
  • AP bill entering is very simple
  • System integration with our sales system is great
1-3 months
When someone calls in, I can quickly find what they need, weather that is a sales order, and invoice or to process a credit card. The system integration with the credit card processor is seamless and very user friendly. It makes for happy customers when we can help them in a timely manner.
I use the accounts payable functions within Acumatica on a daily basis to process our vendor invoices. I also am involved with the month end process making journal entries and reconciliation reports within the various reports that Acumatica provides.
The reports within Acumatica are much simpler and easy to customize!
