Project accounting, Project costing. We use it to sell, inventory, ship, schedule and invoice. It has revolutionized out business and given so many insights to our staff and board members. We have over 150 employees and average about 700 projects per month between our organizations. Acumatica has given our users more decision making kpis to improve our business

I have not used the AI capabilities too much yet. We have used the Ai anomaly GI, it has taken some time to train the system but it is getting better. I saw the AI summary available in the newest update for activity stings, and it looks very good. Excited to use it

Our internal customers have much more visibility and can access customer information quickly and are more self reliant then before. Having information on site is great for our internal staff. Our external customers get reached out to much quicker thanks to activities and projects tasks. Out Purchasing department has saved thousands of man hours
We use Acumatica for our sales team to manage our leads and opportunities. We also use it to track our orders and receive our products. We also use Acumatica to ship our products. We also schedule our field staff, the calendar has been life saving. We also use Acumatica to invoice our products
The 3% annual charge gave us confidence and helped us feel secure about this long term solution. Acumatica also had thr best Var we had ever seen. The answer company really sold us on the scalability and great network of issues that can help our business change for the better. The dashboards also helped
