Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We use Acumatica to keep track of our financial reporting, CRM, Field Services, and Sales orders. We use it to go virtually paperless and keep everything together. We use it in the field to help our technicians keep track of time and materials on site. It has also helped our AP and AR.

We use AI to manage out expense receipts.
Much better user adoption of entering expense receipts.
It has sped up our processes to speed up customer interactions. It has also helped us to keep in touch with our customers and keep them happy.
We use field services to manage all our installs and services. We also use sales orders to take care of our wholesale customers.
It is more of a complete resource. It has everything we need in one place.

Evaluating Acumatica and Competitors

Yes - We replaced a legacy system called EBMS and Google calendar. We wanted to combine all our processes in one place.
