We use Acumatica to keep track of our financial reporting, CRM, Field Services, and Sales orders.

It has sped up our processes to speed up customer interactions. It has also helped us to keep in touch with our customers and keep them happy.
We use field services to manage all our installs and services. We also use sales orders to take care of our wholesale customers.
It is more of a complete resource. It has everything we need in one place.
