Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We are utilizing Acumatica to revolutionize our Accounting and business processes to take advantage of the latest technology from moving from an onprem application to cloud based.

Pros

  • Cloud based
  • Automated work flows
  • Adaptable to many of our diverse business units

Cons

  • The automatic logout timer is too short
  • Ability to have multiple individual orders on a combined shipment be invoiced individualy
  • Been able to consolidate multiple applications into 1 ERP
Better visibility internally to our product flow.
We have been able to utilize project base billing as well as kitting and production process flows.
