We use Adobe Acrobat to create, manage, red line and Bate Stamp PDF Documents. We altos combine PDF documents into a single and compress and reduce the size of PDF Document when they contain pictures

Pros

  • Combine Dcouments
  • Reduce size of Documents
  • Edi PDF Dcouments

Cons

  • Document Conversion many times has some formatting issues
  • Ability to Open most any PDF Document
  • Digitally Signing documents
  • Reducing the Size of PDF Documents
  • reduction in time to digitally sign documents
  • Ability to Bate Stamp Documents for a legal matter
  • Integration with Other Systems
  • Ease of Use
Ease of use. If our employees have a hard time navigating the application that is time wasted and contributes to a loss of revenue.
  • Kofax Power PDF
Kofax does just about everything Adobe does, but Adobe is more widely used so using Adobe helps with staying compatable with our customers. adobe also does the software functionality features a little better in our opinion.

It is well suited for Editing, Bate Stamping, Red Lining, combining document and compressing or reducing the size of documents.
