Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

We use Acrobat to fill out PDFs for our various offices that we can maintain brand across many different departments. It allows us to easy modify and add text to designed PDFs. We also use it to combine, spilt, and merge documents together. I really like the cloud markup and sharing features that helps us to gather feedback and edits on documents as well. The form creation tools are great for building fillable forms easily with no coding or training needed.

We love how it we can use it to create on brand fillable forms easily for our various offices and teams. These forms make it easy for our staff to gather information in person or virtually from our clients. We can make updates and adjustments to the forms easily and quickly because of Acrobat.

Adobe does a great job of making sure their software is updated regularly. They make sure logins are setup with 2 Factor Authentication as well. We always make sure our platforms are safe and comply with HIPPA regulations. Adobe has been a great partner to work with to make sure that compliance and security are well taken care of.
Acrobat is a much more robust app that Preview. Preview is simple and does not have the same about of tools and features that Acrobat has. Acrobat integrates with Adobes other Adobe Apps which makes it very powerful and robust. The cloud features of Acrobat make it a better tool to use with teams.

It great for making documents smaller, uneditable but fillable forms. It also works great for merging multiple pages together then compressing the file to make it smaller to email. It struggles with cloud features. I feel like the app could be more powerful with better cloud features or a full power cloud version of the app.
