Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

I have to update and fix invoices, quotes and other pdfs daily. Adobe allows me to easily update and fix these as well as create new forms which people can easily fill out using their computer. I have created applications, documents and other forms for our customers to fill out using Adobe. the best part is I can fix scanned forms and they still look the same- which I could not do with any other pdf editor

Pros

Cons

  • Sometimes when you edit a document it can cause the entire document to get messed up- its rare and I am assuming it has to do with which program was used to make the document originally but I wish I could override that and easily fix it.
  • Adobe has increased our productivity by making it easy to quickly correct invoices instead of having to create new ones.

Ease of use for other employees to be able to adapt to using Adobe quickly I chose Adobe because of its intuitive interface and seamless workflow, which make it incredibly easy to use—even for beginners. The tools are well-organized, and the learning curve is gentle thanks to helpful tutorials and smart design.
Security is very important to us as we are a financing company this was another reason Adobe was chosen. Adobe is the standard for PDF editing. We did try some other cheaper options but when it comes to trust Adobe is the best hands down. this is another reason we went with them,

Adobe is great for creating new documents- I have used it to create a financing application for our customers which has been filled out by thousands of times by our customers. I use Adobe all day long at work for any and every kind of document. I also love that I can lock and protect documents so they cannot be changed. Honestly there is nothing I dislike about Adobe except the price.

1 - we have an IT department that can help should anyone have any issues with Adobe which does not usually happen- it is a very easy app to use.
