Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

Our Finance and HR departments scan our incident reports and email them to me. I then use Adobe Acrobat to edit, crop, flip, and organize pages for each incident. Then I use Adobe Acrobat to compress files without losing the quality of the pictures from the incidents.

Pros

  • Compression
  • Merge PDFs
  • Convert jpg to PDF
  • Converting PDF to MS Office documents
  • Printing high quality movie posters for safety training

Cons

  • Compression could be easier without losing quality
  • Identify (and download) fonts while using OCR
  • To reduce the size of documents to conserve space on our file servers
  • The ability to share documents with co-workers
  • Create full-size movie posters for safety training
  • Productivity is increased because you can do it all in Adobe Acrobat
  • Integration with Other Systems
  • Ease of Use
Compression without losing quality. Many other free online programs pixelated the pictures.
Security is not that important to me because our IT Department takes care and protects us.
Adobe Cloud gives you access to EVERY program!!! I use it for work and for creating videos for my YouTube channel
