Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat DC
Adobe Acrobat DC is primarily used by the marketing department. We use it to quickly edit PDFs, view them, and send interactive documents to our distributors and sales team. The functionality of Adobe Acrobat DC allows us to create documents that are viable and protected with the added capability for signatures other line items.
Pros
- Extracting pages from a PDF
- Editing a PDF
- Interactive abilities for outside parties
Cons
- Hard to find tools, nomenclature
- Some editing capabilities are limited
- Protected documents made easy and efficient.
- Efficiently editing documents without having to go into the design file.
- Easily add and remove pages from long documents. Saves time and graphics money.
Adobe Acrobat DC is as robust as these other products but much easier to learn and implement changes. As a designer, I am efficient with other products such as InDesign, but Adobe Acrobat DC makes it possible for those viewers that don't have those design skills to quickly make edits without having to touch the more complicated design file.
