Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat DC

We use it across our organization for internal documentation creation/editing but the best use we have for it is the Adobe Sign. This feature makes it easier for us to create, send, track and receive much-needed documents from our clients as well as internally.
  • Combing documents.
  • Tracking documents for signature.
  • Editing/converting documents.
  • While the editing feature is very useful and I love it there is still room for improvement. It is sometimes tricky to grab a specific area or it groups them incorrectly.
  • Improved responses from customer.
  • Decreased time spent chasing customers for documents.
  • Ability to edit previously untouchable documents.
I have never had to utilize support.

When requiring documentation from a customer it is easy to send and track this documentation. Receiving the notifications that it has been sent, received, etc. is extremely useful. Customers like the ease of accessing and returning the documents.
