Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat DC

It works as a compilation, reader, and editing tool for documents in different formats. It allows compiling the work of different projects and of different people into a single document with specific characteristics accordingly to the final needs. This way everyone in the organization or project can read the documents and work on them in the exact way it was intended to. Additionally, the option to create formats, and fill in documents allows to make workflows more fluid and save time, not having to use multiple tools for every single thing. You can create, organize, edit and share a document in the same place.
  • The create, combine and organize pages tools are perfect to do last-minute changes and make "custom" pdfs in a single file.
  • The scan and fill and sign combine nicely to turn physical documents into digital ones.
  • The comment and sharing are perfect to work remotely and in group projects, allowing you to quickly mark and edit a document if needed.
  • The interface can be tricky to work at first, because of the amount of tools.
  • The mobile app version lacks a lot of the desktop tools.
  • The combine and export features for the compilation of documents and the ability to choose the size of the final file.
  • The fill and sign tool to create and send custom forms for others to fill.
  • The integration with other Adobe products.

The desktop version of Adobe Acrobat DC has a high number of functions and tools, however, the mobile version does not have the same amount. Some tools are not easy to use or are not included at all. It is understandable on a phone, for example, but on tablets and IPads this can be limiting for the workflow.
Adobe Acrobat DC has allowed to share and edit documents and files with people outside the organization or project, without giving them full editing access to the files. This helps to keep the documents secure and to ensure that the PDF or form is used just the way it was intended.

it's perfect to work remotely with coworkers or project partners, and ensures that as long as everyone has Adobe Acrobat DC the documents can be edited with the same set of tools without format changes. For daily fill and sign needs it's super fluid, and one can jump straight to it, fill and send documents back in a matter of minutes without using more than one product.
