Adobe Analytics Review from an Enterprise Level Business - Marketing POV
Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Analytics
We use Adobe Analytics as one of our analytics platforms for tracking and tagging. It allows us to measure traffic, revenue and other KPIs. Since we have Adobe Analytics tagged throughout our site, it allows us to compare against our other analytics platforms for accuracy and a better understanding of performance.
Pros
- Tagging
- Tracking
- Breakdown/segmentation
- Scale
Cons
- Data visualization
- Requiring Excel Adobe Report Builder for more advanced segmentation instead of being available in the platform
- Keyword level data (I'm an SEO, so I have to look elsewhere, would love an integration)
- Measurement & Reporting
- Custom KPIs
- Integration with other tools
- Helps to identify where there are issues
- Helps to identify where there are wins
- Helps to even measure ROI
Adobe Analytics is better for scale and customization. Google 360 lacks the ability to pull in as many data sources. Google Analytics doesn't give in-depth data. Tableau Desktop isn't a measurement platform, but it does perform better as [a] data visualization and reporting tool than Adobe Analytic's Workspace.
