Adobe Analytics is used across the organizations main domain website to track engagement of the website and various pages, bounce rates, some basic analytics of where customers are coming from

- Used to track customer engagement and identify high traffic pages to optimize
- Adobe Analytics does not Adobe PDF page engagements resulting in creased operational cost to create inhouse analytics
The navigation of Adobe Analytics itself is easy, the challenge has been the governance of data fields and lots of look-alike duplicate reports which most likely is more of a process / implementation issue vs the product
