Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Analytics
We use Adobe Analytics to track website behavior and to measure performance of key metrics such as Conversion, Visitor Traffic, Bounce Rate, etc.
Pros
- One stop reporting and analysis shop
- Super customizable to your business needs
Cons
- Data feed export could be more streamlined
- Data feed export documentation for recreating our Segments in SQL queries
- Changing the date range of a panel should automatically change the date range comparisons in the tables
- It has improved our understanding of customer behavior that leads to improved targeting in our Email marketing
- Improved conversion rates since we can understand traffic flows
It's all based on what the Stakeholder needs to know and understand. So if a marketer needs to know which landing pages have the worst bounce rate, I can build a report around that with breakdowns by Device and Marketing Channel.
