It helps the users to learn how to use complex customer data to organise, create and even deliver the volatile campaigns with the help of email, mobile, other channels and many more. Adobe Campaign helps the users to find self-help and multilple resources practising and implementation.

Because the software definitely helped us to save a lot of time and resources but sometimes it is frustrating to work in it as it crashes regularly and the tools available on it are really difficult to understand for new users. I think it can be optimized a little bit as it seems to be outdated now and there are also lots of different options in the market.
They take lots of time to reply but they get back to the users. The solutions provided by them are generic and useless sometimes.
Adobe Campaign has a huge range of customer base and it has also collaborated with lots of big companies which makes it even more effective for business promotions but there are definitely some problem when it comes to integrating it with adobe tools as customer support is not that responsive.
