Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Connect

Adobe Connect is being used to view webinars and virtual meetings. This service is primarily utilized by program staff. It definitely addresses the issue of needing to offer training or share information with large groups across a large area.

  • Sound issues.
  • User issues due to unclear instructions.

  • Ability to connect with other agencies.
  • Ability to share information.
I enjoy both Zoom and Adobe Connect. Adobe Connect seems to be more professional. While Zoom seems to have more bells and whistles.
Adobe Connect is perfect for real-time webinars and webinar series. This could be internally and externally. It’s also great that you are able to include attachments for your viewers.
