Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Connect

We used Adobe Connect for internal meetings, both large and small. It was more feature rich than some of the other options, and is best for recurring meetings because you can save the setup, content, etc., in your meeting room. Due to the robust features, it had more capability but I would say was less user-friendly for those that weren’t as familiar with the tool.
  • Training - especially recurring courses
  • Large scale webinars (one to many) presentations
  • Dial in or speaker audio options
  • Not as user friendly
  • More complicated than other tools
  • Great for collaborating with people all over so saves on travel costs
  • Much easier than paying for a central location to train
Adobe Connect is among the more robust and feature rich tools available. I don’t think any of the other tools match that. If it fits your needs, you can’t beat it. If you just need more simple capabilities, there are probably easier and better options for basic use. It has a specific place in the market.
Large webinars, training, online classroom type settings are well suited. For every day use there are other options that are simpler and probably more cost effective.
