Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Connect

Adobe Connect is used by NOC in online training of products and services. Helps us in the knowledge base, as we are not available for classroom training, we do it online using the tool.

Pros

  • Connectivity

  • Easy use

Cons

  • I would like to see in the tool, remote access feature, for support, like Team Viewer. That would replace the tool in that too.
  • We have a positive impact because as we use it for online training, we avoid staffing costs for face-to-face training, which is also more expensive.
Adobe Connect compares to using online events, but it contains more features than Cisco Webex, for example. Skype has something more to do with calls.
It is suitable for online training, meetings, presentations. In a school, college, business, and events.
I don't see a scenario where it can't be used.
