Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics

Adobe Customer Journey Analytics helps us unify offline and online interactions made by our customers. This helps us view, plan and execute our martech strategy based on datapoints that can be viewed in a single workspace. The integrations between Adobe Customer Journey Analytics and AEP also helps us quickly work on segmentation use cases to target our customers with specific messaging based on which part of the journey stage they are at.

Cons

  • Not be wholly dependent on AEP datasets
  • Better flexibility using dates in analysis workspace
  • Better use of AI agents, the data insights agent has very limited capability
  • Create more personalized messaging in our ads/emails with segmentation
  • Increased conversions/leads through retargetting
It's the only tool that is available in the market that can do offline/online reporting, audience segmentation and also create powerful dashboards.
It is a very simple to use interface and for those users who have been familiar with Adobe Analytics, it is the same user interface and there is no real learning curve for them. As for new users, it is pretty simple to use and there are plenty of videos on experience league to help someone new get started.
The main reason to select Adobe Customer Journey Analytics was due to its ability to merge online and offline data to show some insights. We did not have this ability to view both of these datapoints combined in one report. It helps with better storytelling to our leadership team.

Adobe Customer Journey Analytics is really well suited for large organizations with scale and a huge amount of offline/online data from various sources. However, for smaller/mid size businesses it may not be very efficient given the cost implications and dependencies around having AEP as well. There is an opportunity for Adobe to make this scaleable product more widely available but looking at options around how to make this product more mass-market.
