Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Experience Manager
Our corporation owns about 170 centers and we manage our websites.
Pros
- making edits quick and easy
- cloud services
- DAM
Cons
- easier way to make universal changes for multiple websites at a time (ie pushing out a new experience fragment to all as opposed to having to individually add to each site)
- easier way to get site images to look and be sized exactly as I want directly from the site page editor
- too soon to tell on increased conversion rates based on external marketing factors in play but having increased visibility into customer engagement trends will most likely lead to improvement of our conversion rates.
- There have been productivity gains from the perspective of actually migrating all of our externally managed sites to the same in-house Adobe Experience Manager platform and then being able to utilize those universal components.
- DAM is quickly becoming a favorite as we're migrating everything from our sharepoint to fully enjoy what the DAM can offer.
- Experience Fragment is a huge favorite considering I manage 150+ individual websites that share only some of the same content, so that component can be quite the time-saver.
