Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Sign

We use Adobe Sign pretty much daily for electronic signatures with clients that are made easier this way. While our association of realtors has electronic signature software provided free, the ease of use of Adobe Sign makes is out preferred software choice. Our entire team uses the product. Makes for efficient and timely signing of documents we need.
  • Easy on clients to use.
  • No accounts needed to be created.
  • Cookies that save their names sometimes.
  • More customization options.
  • Increased flexibility on templates.
  • Smaller buttons so more options can be seen on screen at once.
  • All about efficiency.
  • Helpful with older clients who aren't tech savvy.
  • It's not about ROI, it's like branding, it's something you use often but can't quantify.
When I've interacted with support, they responded, but didn't seem to understand my complaints.
Biggest annoyance is that clients often miss the "finished signing" button.
In real estate, we're constantly asking buyers and sellers to sign documents, nobody uses fax machines anymore, so this is much more efficient.

Generally faster and easier to use than the others, no account creation for end users a must.
Excellent for sending documents to clients - less appropriate if someone not at all tech savvy.
