Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Sign

We use Adobe Sign institution-wide. We are trying to migrate from paper forms to paperless forms. Due to COVID-19, we are being pressured to move forms to the system. The issue is that we don't want to make all forms available to everyone. I would like make sure that Adobe Sign can't publish the forms to the organization-level without an approval procedure, but they can publish the form to their own library. We were not able to do that.
  • We were able to get forms signed in a shorter frame of time compared to paper forms.
  • It has reminders, so it helps.
  • The ability to save forms to their own library and add an approval workflow at the organization-level.
  • Better workflow design--based on questions being asked.
  • See what is required before adding people as recipients.
  • Transaction costs are too expensive.
  • Pricing.
  • Does not allow any kind of customzition.
  • No personal library. It's none or all.
When I contacted support, I didn't get the answer I wanted or had to clarify some things. I was not really impressed with the support's expertise.
There is so much that they can do. A better workflow, ability to see all signatures that are required before initiating the form process, the ability to allow the users to save their own documents to their library without organization. The workflow to approve the forms to be available to the community. And more.
We use it to send out our conflict-of-interest and use-of-technology resources agreements as well as many forms that we use to provide services, such as a request to change a grade, agreement on IEP plan, etc.

Do you think Adobe Acrobat Sign delivers good value for the price?

No

Are you happy with Adobe Acrobat Sign's feature set?

No

Did Adobe Acrobat Sign live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Adobe Acrobat Sign go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Adobe Acrobat Sign again?

No

They have better workflows and are very sleek. Their technical support and sale people do know how to sell and make it simpler for people to use their products
I gave it a 7 or 8 because there is so much more that they can do to make it better. If they were able to allow us to save forms to the library without allowing them to make them available to the whole organization. Adobe Sign should have the ability to put a form in multiple groups.

Adobe Sign Experience

The workflow that Adobe has is confusing - I wish we can see more samples or examples on how they are being used in a real world. A community where we can discuss our ideas and how we can make the product better.
We are looking into integrate with 0365 and hopefully, it will give us more flexibility of storing our documents in our MS Library.
We were able to reduce the carbon footprint of paper. The workflow of signatures go much faster if we use an electronic signature system versus to the hard-copy paper. It has cut down the waiting period threefold.
Very valuable since we are using Office 365 heavily and we are looking into integration.

Using Adobe Sign

800 - Business process, academic paperwork, authority. We are a higher education institution that handles from academic to business operations.
2 - The person who handles Adobe Sign needs to be an expert in logic, training, and the ability to think out of box on how to solve the complicated workflow.
  • Workflow
  • Faster turn of the paperwork
  • Due to COVID-19, people have to work remotely and we still need their signatures
  • Using it for leave slip (it has been disbanded)
  • Process with Register's forms
  • integrate with 0365
  • Use better workflow for various forms
